New build 3 storey property over full width basement. Basement constructed in reinforced waterproof concrete, ground and first floor uses precast concrete and the second floor is constructed using attic trusses.
Main issues encountered with the project were the large open plan basement with first floor stepped back from the rear wall requiring cantilevered beams.
