Two New build 4 storey properties with a full width basement. Basement constructed in reinforced waterproof concrete, ground to second floor constructed using precast concrete with the roof as a cut timber roof with cranked steels.
Main issues were supporting the upper structure above the basement due to increased wall thickness. Corbelling to the basement walls required along with a number of steel beams of varying sizes.
